I am currently craving hot chips with gravy…..
You would think that todayś Pilates session would put me off unhealthy food forever. But nope I guess my mind suffers from memory loss and is choosing to forget the pain that my muscles are in at the moment, all for the chance for salty deliciousness.
My ankle is still slightly swollen and my pride is slightly bruised, I think I am deserving of some chips and gravy…this will be my priority tomorrow morning.
